Founder, CEO
Ilana has 19+ years of spa industry experience, including being a co-founder and current CEO of ISM - a spa management and consulting firm. Inspired by her vast operational experience, she developed the concept of Spa Space to remedy the gaps in the industry. ISM was twice named to Inc. Magazine's Fastest Growing Companies (2013, 2014) and recognized by the International Spa Association in 2017. Sought-after author and speaker on wellness, business, and entrepreneurship.
JACLYN MCCLURE
SVP OPERATIONS
A results-driven leader in the spa industry for a decade. She builds teams committed to driving engagement and efficiency. Overseeing our customer success, services, and technical support, she implements scalable organizational processes that drive satisfaction and retention.
