WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY FOR GUESTS?
We require guests to provide 24 notice. Cancelling within 24 hours will result in the full cost of the service being charged. This protects you and your pros from last minute cancellations.
Note: For the health and safety of our Pros and your Employees and Guests, we recommend not charging guests who cancel within 24 hours due to covid.
